I’m Kelly and this is my family. I’m glad you’re here. I’m a photographer, yes, but I’m a mother first. Photographing my kids is what got me in to this. I’m also a wannabe gardener and homesteader with a plot of raised vegetable beds on my suburban side yard, and a dream of having a small farm some day. I was born in Idaho in the last hour of Cancer, raised on the beach in San Diego, and Santa Barbara’s been my home now for more than 20 years. I love the mountains in summertime and long, hot beach days, my morning sculpt class, traveling, camping, reading, wildflowers, new recipes, neutral tones, a clean home, a thoughtful wardrobe, one cup of coffee each morning, more than one Aperol Spritz, and tv time with my family at night. I’ve been married 16 years; I have a son and two daughters (ages 23, 20 and 13); and two cats, a pup, and two guinea pigs who are as much a part of the family as everyone else.
